Buick has been a roll reviving its lineup with models like the new LaCrosse, Regal and upcoming Verona. There has been speculation ever since the new Regal debuted that GM would create additional variants of the sedan. We’ve even seen spy photos of a Buick-badged Opel Insignia Sports Tourer in the U.S. But even though there was speculation that GM would produce a wagon variant of the Regal, a spokesman has confirmed that the Regal wagon is not in Buick’s product plans.
The spokesman recently spoke to Inside Line:
“Absolutely not,” he said about Buick doing a wagon. “There is no Regal Wagon in our future plans.”
