Buick has unveiled its newest concept, the Enspire electric SUV, which is debuting next week at the Beijing Motor Show. Buick has a history of debuting stunning concepts and the Enspire continues that tradition its sculpted exterior.
According to Buick, the Enspire concept is an “exploration of Buick’s bold design ideas and innovative technologies for future mobility.” The “future mobility” portion is an obvious call out of the concept’s electric powertrain. The Enspire concept is powered by a 550 horsepower fully electric powertrain that can accelerate the SUV from 0-60 mph in 4 seconds. Even better, the concept has a driving range up to 370 miles. With a fast charger the battery can be recharged up to 80 percent within 40 minutes.
Inside the Buick Enspire concept features a “surround skyline” interior theme and suspended theater-type seating to make the interior feel more spacious. The center console and armrests are made from natural wood grain and microfiber suede. Being that the Enspire is a concept it does feature the latest technology inside as well, like an OLED display screen and an intelligent augmented reality technology-based head-up display system. The Enspire concept also has 5G high-speed connectivity.
