Don’t count on the three-cylinder 218i coming to the U.S., but starting in the spring of 2015 buyers in Europe will have a choice of four gasoline and three diesel engines, including the new entry-level three-cylinder. There will also be a new diesel engine, a new 190-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder that will power the 220d Coupe.
