Audi continues to expand its number of performance models and that now includes the Q7 with the debut of the 2020 Audi SQ7. On the outside it looks like a typical three-row crossover, but under the hood you’ll find something special.

The Audi SQ7 is powered by a twin turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 with 500 horsepower and 568 pound-feet of torque that’s mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. That’s enough power to give the SQ7 a 0-60 mph time of only 4.3 seconds with an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.

The all-wheel drive system features a 40/60 percent torque split, but it has the ability to send up to 80 percent of the power to the rear axle and the available sport differential can send split the torque between the rear wheels.

Compared to the four-cylinder and V-6 powered Q7 models, the SQ7 stands out with S-model bumpers with integrated front splitter, a platinum double-slat Singleframe grille and Alu-optic exterior side mirror housings. At the rear, the SQ7 features S-specific quad tailpipes and a rear diffuser inlay. It also gets unique 21-inch wheels.

Inside the S sport front seats come in Black, Rotor Gray or Arras Red leather with a diamond cross stitch.

The 2020 Audi SQ7 will be offered in two trim levels: Premium Plus and Prestige. The pricing starts at $85,795, with the destination fees included.
