Audi has unveiled the new TT Sportback Concept, which is another take on the TT following the TT Crossover concept that was unveiled earlier this year. Audi has already confirmed that a third TT model will join the lineup following the Coupe and Roadster models, but it’s not known if it will be a crossover or something sportier like this TT Sportback concept.
Audi describes the TT Sportback concept’s design as the fusion of the new third-generation TT with the four-door A5 Sportback and A7 Sportback models. “In our Audi TT Sportback concept show car, we are now fusing both concepts to form a new member of a potential TT family,” Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg, Audi Board Member for Technical Development stated. A TT Sportback could also give Audi a competitor to the popular Mercedes-Benz CLA.
