Hyundai hasn’t released any other info about the new Elantra, but there is a report that it will be offered with a 175 horsepower 1.6L T-GDi engine that will be mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The setup will also reportedly get up to 43 mpg in the U.S.
Since we’re creeping up on the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, it’s likely that the new Elantra will debut at the show next month.
