Honda has revealed that its engineers at the Honda Performance Development (HPD) and Auto Development Center (ADC) are working on a race car version of the Honda CR-V.
It’s dubbed the CR-V Hybrid Racer project vehicle and Honda has stated that it will have 800 horsepower on tap, which is a massive increase over the standard CR-V Hybrid. We can also see from these teasers that the CR-V Hybrid Racer will also get a widebody with several styling changes to make it even more capable on the track.
Honda will reveal the CR-V Hybrid Racer on February 28.
