Toyota has announced the updates for the 2025 Toyota Crown, with the biggest update being the addition of the Nightshade Edition. The Crown Nightshade Edition features dark badging, black handles, and 21-inch 10-spoke wheels with matte-black finish.
The Nightshade Edition is available in Storm Cloud or Black.
The Crown comes standard with a hybrid powertrain with the standard version getting a 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid system that gets a 41 mpg combined. The more powerful version is the Hybrid MAX powertrain that pairs a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder to front and electric motors to generate a combined 340 horsepower and gets an estimated 30 mph combined. Both versions come standard with all-wheel drive.
The Crown is available in four trim levels: XLE, Limited, Nightshade and Platinum. The pricing for the 2025 Toyota Crown starts at $42,345. The Nightshade Edition is priced at $49,860.
