Toyota has unveiled a new special edition of the 2025 Corolla, called the Corolla FX. That name might sound familiar to you, if you were around during the 1980s, since the FX is inspired by the Corolla FX16 that dates back to 1987.

The Corolla FX is based on the SE trim level, it adds a rear spoiler, 18-inch satin-black finished alloy wheels, a blacked-out roof, black badging, and black mirror caps. Inside there are Moonstone sport fabric seats with orange stitching, a 10.5-inch infotainment screen, a 7-inch multi-information display and a wireless charger.
Under the hood of the Corolla FX is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 169 horsepower and 151 lb.-ft. of torque.
The Corolla FX will be available in Midnight Black Metallic, Ice Cap and Underground. Ice Cap and Underground will both have a Midnight Black Metallic roof.
The 2025 Toyota Corolla FX will arrive this fall.
