Porsche has unveiled the 2025 Porsche Panamera GTS and Turbo S E-Hybrid, both performance-oriented variants of the Panamera line, though each with their own unique approach.

The 2025 Porsche Panamera GTS will focus on “driver engagement and agility.” It will do so with a non-electrified twin-turbo 4.0-lt V8 producing 493 hp, a 20 hp increase over the previous GTS (Porsche has yet to release torque figures for this model). This new powertrain will allow the new GTS to make the 0-60 run in 3.6 seconds, 0.1 seconds faster than the previous GTS, and reach an 188 mph top speed.

The 2025 Porsche Panamera GTS will feature numerous chassis upgrades as well, focused on enhancing handling and driving enjoyment. The new GTS will come with the brand’s electronically-controlled PTV Plus limited-slip differential, a 10mm lower air suspension system, and reinforced anti-roll bars with a lower spring rate.
The exterior of the 2025 Porsche Panamera GTS will feature black GTS emblems and a standard sports package that brings matte black accents and darker lighting units. The GTS will also receive 21-inch center-locking wheels in Anthracite Grey, quad tailpipes, and red brake calipers. A new standard sport exhaust system will provide a more thrilling sound experience as well. Inside, GTS buyers will be able to select two unique interior packages with Carmine Red or Slate Grey Neo highlights, as well as a carbon fiber trim package.

Next, the 2025 Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid makes its debut as the most powerful Panamera model with a 4.0-lt twin-turbo V8 and a single e-motor making 771 hp and 737 lb-ft of torque, 81 hp more than the previous version. A “significantly improved” eight-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission will also find its way into the new Turbo S E-Hybrid. This upgraded arrangement will allow the new Turbo S E-Hybrid to sprint from 0-60 in just 2.8 seconds and hit a 202 mph top speed, making it 0.2 seconds faster from 0-60 and giving it an eight mph top speed advantage over the previous model.

The 2025 Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid looks very similar to the lesser Turbo E-Hybrid variant with the exception of its rear badging, featuring the same Turbo-specific body kit with 21-inch wheels in a Turbonite finish. That Turbonite finish will also find its way onto the rear bumper, airblades, and even the interior stitching. An optional carbon fiber Aerokit will include unique side skirts, a rear diffuser, and a front splitter that together increases downforce by 132 lbs at 124 mph. Porsche was able to run the fastest executive sedan time at the Nurburgring with this package, screaming around the track with a 7:24.17 lap time—impressive stuff to say the least.

The 2025 Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid will get a 25.9 kWh battery pack, though Porsche has yet to share new all-electric range numbers. This new battery pack is an increase from the 21.8 kWh pack found in the current model and should give it a longer range than the previous 40-mile estimate.
All 2025 Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrids will get the trick Porsche Active Ride suspension, which features an electrically-operated hydraulic pump on each individual shock absorber as well as rear-axel steering and ceramic brakes.
The GTS will start at $156,195, while the Turbo S E-Hybrid will start at $228,495; both prices include destination fee. Order books are already open for both of these new 2025 Porsche Panamera variants and are due to arrive on US shores in late Q1 2025.
