The 2025 911 Carrera S gets some small styling revisions, but the big news is that there’s more power on tap. The turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder boxer engine no generates 473 horsepower, which is a 30 hp increase. It also has 390 pound-feet of torque. To give the engine more power, Porsche says that it added new turbochragers and optimized the charge-air cooling. The power is sent to the rear wheels via an eight-speed dual-clutch (PDK) transmission.

The Carrera S Coupe accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds – 0.2 seconds quicker than the predecessor – when equipped with the Sport Chrono Package, and reaches a top track speed of 191 mph.

The 2025 911 Carrera S also gets more standard equipment, like the sport exhaust and brakes that have been taken from the last Carrera GTS. It also gets updated dampers that are more responsive, while rear axle steering is optional.
