Toyota has announced two striking new colors for its stalwart 4×4.
The 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro trim gains an exclusive new color dubbed “Terra.” This new shade draws inspiration from the very earth on which the 4Runner earned its off-roading reputation with a reddish-brown natural-toned hue. This new color will be sure to compliment the TRD Pro’s burly black TRD alloy flow-form wheels wrapped in Nitto Terra Grappler tires.
An additional color, “Underground,” a relatively dark flat grey, is also new for the 2024 Toyota 4Runner and can be found on other Toyota models.
The 2024 Toyota 4Runner soldiers on with its rugged body-on-frame construction featuring a solid rear axle with four-link coil rear suspension with lateral rod and stabilizer bar. A 270-hp 4.0-liter V6 will be standard on all 2024 Toyota 4Runners, allowing all models to tow up to 5,000 lbs.
The 2024 Toyota 4Runner will be available in SR5, SR5 Premium, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, TRD Off-Road Premium, Limited and TRD Pro trims.
All 2024 Toyota 4Runners will feature Toyota Safety Sense P as standard. This comprehensive driver-assist technology suite includes Lane Departure Alert, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, and Hi-Speed Dynamic Cruise Control.
