Honda has announced the updated 2024 Honda Passport, bringing new features and a range-topping Black Edition.

Replacing the Elite trim for 2024 is the new Black Edition. Available in Crystal Black Pearl, Sonic Gray, Platinum White, and Radiant Red, the 2024 Honda Passport Black Edition includes black-painted 20-inch alloys, blacked-out grille, headlight, window trim, side trim, door handles, and fog light accents. Black Edition badges can also be found on the grille and tailgate. Inside, buyers will discover ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and perforated leather seating with red accents. Exclusive to the 2024 Honda Passport Black Edition is red contrast stitching, which will also be featured on the steering wheel, door panels, and seats, as well as red accent lighting. Buyers will also find Black Edition logos embossed on the floor mars and front seats.

The 2024 Honda Passport will also feature an enhanced TrailSport trim aimed at providing even more off-road prowess. These enhancements include new spring rates, improved damper valve tuning, optimized stabilizer bars, and a unique off-road tuned suspension. The 2024 Honda Passport TrailSport will also feature all-terrain General Grabberâ„¢ A/Tx (245/60R18) tires, the first time a Passport has received all-terrain tires. These new tires will be wrapped around updated 18-inch machined wheels with Pewter-painted highlights. Also exclusive to the 2024 Honda Passport TrailSport are power folding mirrors, heated windshield wiper parks, and a new Diffused Sky Blue color. Additional aesthetic upgrades include orange contrast stitching and the TrailSport logo embroidered on the front seats and molded into the standard all-season floor mats. We were able to see this new 2024 Honda Passport TrailSport in person and can say the updates, while subtle, lend the vehicle an overall brawnier look.

Every 2024 Honda Passport will get the Honda Sensing suite of safety and driver-assist technology standard. This suite includes a Collision Mitigation Braking System, Lane Keeping Assist System, and Adaptive Cruise Control, among other things. All 2024 Honda Passports will also receive Honda’s I-VTM4 torque-vectoring all-wheel drive system, which can send up to 70% of the engine’s torque to the rear wheels, as standard.

All 2024 Honda Passports will receive an updated center console that is wider and features a large, newly integrated armrest with expanded storage, able to hold a full-sized table. Customers will also find a larger storage tray in front of the shifter that can accommodate two large smartphones side-by-side.

Honda is also expanding its line of Genuine Honda Accessories for the 2024 Honda Passport. These include underbody protection and a second HPD (Honda Performance Development) package called HPD+, featuring a unique grille treatment, black fender flares, and bold 20-inch wheels.

The 2024 Honda Passport will begin arriving in dealerships this fall.
