Toyota has finally given the Sequoia a redesign for the 2023 model year, which now makes it more competitive with rivals, like the Chevy Tahoe and Ford Expedition. Toyota has confirmed that the 2023 Sequoia will arrive later this summer with a price tag starting at $59,795, including destination.

2023 Toyota Sequoia

The 2023 Sequoia comes standard with a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 hybrid powertrain that generates a combined 437 horsepower and 583 pound-feet of torque. The new V6 is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive is optional.

The base Sequoia is the SR5, which comes standard with fabric trimmed seats, automatic climate control, a moonroof and an 8-inch touchscreen. The Limited trim level adds LED headlights, a 14-inch touchscreen, leatherette seats and bigger wheels. It starts at $66,195. If you want even more, the $72,395 Platinum version adds leather seats, second row captain’s chairs, heated and ventilated seats, wireless charging and auto-leveling headlights.

The rugged Sequoia TRD Pro starts at $78,395, while the top-spec Capstone is priced at $76,795. All versions expect the TRD Pro come standard with two-wheel drive. The TRD Pro is only available with four-wheel drive, while it is optional on the other versions for an extra $3,000.
