Following the recent debut of the updated 2023 Outback, Subaru has now unveiled the updates to the 2023 Legacy. The big news are some design updates, new tech and the addition of a new Sport trim level.
On the outside the 223 Legacy gets a restyled front fascia with new headlights, a larger grille, new bumper and restyled fog lights. The Sport trim adds a red accent strip in the front grille, magnetite gray side mirror covers, a rear spoiler and gray 18-inch alloy wheels.
The Legacy Sport is powered by the turbocharged 2.4-liter engine and it gets a sport tuned suspension. Inside the Sport gets black and gray two-tone cloth seats, red stitching, a power moonroof and navigation.
All 2023 Legacy models get an updated EyeSight driver assistance system suite with a new camera with a wider field of view, a new electric brake booster and updated software. Models with the 11.6-inch touchscreen get wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The infotainment system also has updated controls and there’s an available digital rearview camera mirror.
Lastly the Touring XT trim level gets new Slate Black Nappa leather seats, the heated steering wheel gets heating all the way around and what3words tech has been added to the navigation system.
