Jeep has unveiled a new addition to the Wrangler lineup, the 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe, at the 2022 Detroit Auto Show. The heritage-inspired Wrangler Willys 4xe is based on the plug-in hybrid Wrangler, but gets several retro design cues.

The 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe is powered by a 375 horsepower plug-in hybrid powertrain with 21 miles of electric range. A suspension lift gives it 10.1-inches of ground clearance, and it also features a 2.72:1 4WD low range ratio, and heavy-duty Dana 44 axles.

The Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe comes standard with LED headlamps and fog lamps, Alpine 9-speaker premium audio, all-weather floor mats, rear limited-slip differential, rock rails, black grille, and 17-inch black-painted alloy wheels wrapped in LT255/75R17C mud-terrain tires.

It also features a ‘Willys’ decal on the hood, Electric Blue trim, and an ‘Electric 4-Wheel Drive’ decal on the swing gate. An available Sun and Screen Package adds the Sky One-Touch Power-Top and the Uconnect 4C NAV with 8.4-inch touchscreen.

The 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe is priced at $55,590, including destination and before the available $7,500 federal tax credit.
