2023 Honda CR-V

The 2023 CR-V will be available in several trim levels: EX, Sport, EX-L and Sport Touring. The EX and EX-L versions are powered by an updated turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 190 horsepower and 179 pound-feet of torque, that’s mated to a CVT. All-wheel drive is optional. For buyers that want a more fuel efficient version, there’s the CR-V Hybrid with its 2.0-liter hybrid powertrain that generates 204 hp and 247 lb-ft. The CR-V Hybrid comes in either Sport or Sport Touring trim levels, which means that if you want the hybrid is the sportier looking version.

The CR-V is rated at up to 28 mpg city, 34 mpg highway and 30 mpg combined, while the hybrid version gets up to 43 mpg city, 36 mpg highway and 40 mpg combined.

The CR-V comes standard with a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone automatic climate control, a moonroof, a partially digital instrument cluster and 18-inch wheels. The EX-L ($35,005) adds leather seats, a 9-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, an 8-speaker audio system and Low Speed Braking Control.

The Sport ($33,695) stands out with its black exterior accents, rectangular exhaust finishers, black 18-inch wheels, and unique seats. The Sport Touring ($39,845) comes standard with all-wheel drive and adds 19-inch wheels, a 12-speaker Bose audio system, navigation and a Wi-Fi hotspot.

The 2023 Honda CR-V will go on sale on September 22, while the CR-V Hybrid will arrive in October.
