Volvo is bringing two of its latest models to the 2018 New York Auto Show this week – the 2019 XC40 Inscription and V60. Both models will have their North American debut at the show, where we’ll get details about the specific options and powertrains that will be offered in the U.S.
The 2019 Volvo XC40 Inscription is the top trim level of Volvo’s new compact crossover. Volvo hasn’t revealed all the tidbits that the Inscription trim level will get above the Momentum and R-Design versions.
The 2019 Volvo V60 debuted last month just ahead of the Geneva Motor Show, so we’ve already seen Volvo’s latest wagon, but Volvo has confirmed that the V60 will have two engine options in the U.S. The V60 T5 is powered by a 250-hp 2.0L four-cylinder that sends its power to the front wheels, while the V60 T6 gets a more powerful 316 horsepower four-cylinder and all-wheel drive. Both versions will will have an 8-speed automatic transmission.
We’ll have more details from the show on March 28.
