Lincoln has unveiled the updated 2019 Lincoln MKC ahead of its debut next week at the LA Auto Show. The 2019 MKC now features a face that is similar to the Continental and MKZ models.
At the front the 2019 Lincoln MKC features Lincoln’s new signature grille, which Lincoln says “evokes a sense of confidence.” The new grille is flanked by restyled LED headlights, while the rear gets some smaller updates.
Inside buyers can choose between three Lincoln Black Label themes: Modern Heritage, Indulgence, and Center Stage. The Modern Heritage theme features Vianca White Venetian leather with Argento wood accents. The Indulgence theme’s seats are covered in Venetian leather and Alcantara cloth, in hues like Truffle and Ganache, finished with Ziricote wood accents. The Center Stage theme features a diamond-L perforation pattern on the Alcantara cloth inserts and Jet Black Venetian leather accented by Firefox Red piping.
The 2019 MKC also gets some technology updates, like the addition of SYNC 3, which features Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. There are also a list of new driver-assist technologies, like Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection.
Under the hood, the 2019 MKC can be powered by either a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder with 245 horsepower or a turbocharged 2.3L four-cylinder with 285 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque.
The 2019 Lincoln MKC arrives this summer.
