Hyundai has unveiled the refreshed 2019 Hyundai Elantra, which gets a dramatic new face, a restyled rear and more tech features.
At the front the 2019 Hyundai Elantra looks a lot more aggressive with its new hood, fenders, grille and headlights that have a more angular style than before. At the rear the look is similar to the Sonata with a restyled trunk, taillights and bumper. The 2019 Elantra also gets new 15-, 16-, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Inside the 2019 Elantra also gets some design updates that include a new center console, and a new instrument cluster. The interior also comes standard with a 5-inch color audio system, which is upgraded to an 8-inch system on higher trim levels. Wireless charging is also available on the Elantra Limited and the SE manual model now has Bluetooth and steering wheel audio controls.
Starting with the Hyundai Elantra SEL trim level, the Elantra now comes with forward collision avoidance assist, lane keep assist and a driver attention alert system. The Elantra Limited with the Ultimate package also comes with safe exit assist to let passengers know a vehicle is approaching before they open the door and forward collision avoidance assist with pedestrian detection.
The 2019 Hyundai Elantra will be offered in six trim levels: SE, SEL, Value Edition, Limited, Eco, and Sport.
