An all-new Genesis G80 is expected to be introduced for the 2020 model year, but in the meantime Genesis has given the 2019 G80 a few upgrades. The biggest update for the 2019 Genesis G80 is a new Sport Package that’s available for the 3.8L V6 model.
The 2019 Genesis G80 3.8 Sport Package takes some styling cues from the G80 Sport. It adds a dark-chrome crosshatched grille, unique 19-inch alloy wheels, more aggressive front and rear bumpers, and dual exhaust tips. Inside the Sport Package adds a sport steering wheel and alloy pedals.
The only other big update to the entire 2019 G80 lineup is the addition of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
The 2019 Genesis G80 offers three engine options: a 311-hp 3.8L V6, a 365-hp twin-turbo 3.3L V6 or a 420-hp 5.0L V8. The 2019 Genesis G80 starts at $42,050.
