The 2019 Nissan Maxima is going to debut next month at the LA Auto Show. Nissan has only released one photo of the 2019 Maxima, which shows off its updated front fascia, but according to new order guides, the Maxima will also introduce a new GT-R inspired interior option.
According to Cars Direct, the 2019 Nissan Maxima will introduce a new Platinum Reserve trim level at the top of the lineup. The Platinum Reserve trim level will add unique features, like 19-inch alloy wheels, heated rear seats and a charcoal headliner. The most significant option with the new Platinum Reserve trim level are new diamond-quilted semi-aniline leather seats in Rakuda Tan, which is the same caramel color that’s only offered in the Nissan GT-R.
The order guides don’t list how much extra the Platinum Reserve trim level adds to the 2019 Maxima’s price, but it’s estimated that the Platinum Reserve trim level could command a $1,200 premium over the Platinum trim.
We’ll have more details next month.
