BMW has unveiled three new editions of the 2018 3 Series, which will be available starting this summer: the Edition Sport Line Shadow, Edition Luxury Line Purity and the Edition M Sport Shadow. All three versions are available in the sedan and wagon versions.
The Edition Sport Line Shadow adds black inserts for the headlights and taillights, a black grille and chrome black tailpipes. It also rides on Jet Black 18-inch light alloys with a double spoke design. Inside it features a new sports steering wheel, sports seats with in a fabric/leather combination and a new variant Dark Aluminum Carbon trim with accent strips in Pearl Gloss Chrome.
The 3 Series Edition Luxury Line Purity features satin-finished aluminum trim for the side windows, air duct inserts, slats and surrounds of the BMW kidney grille, the rear bumper cover and the exhaust tailpipes. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with a satin-finish. Inside it features a new Cognac color and interior trim strips in Fineline Light wood. The BMW 3 Series Edition Luxury Line Purity also comes with a sports steering wheel and a dashboard with distinctive contrasting stitching.

The 3 Series Edition M Sport Shadow features black headlamp units and dark taillight inserts, a black BMW kidney grille and exhaust tailpipes in Chrome Black, LED fog lamps and black inserts for the three-part lower air intake. It rides on 19-inch M light alloy wheels finished in a double spoke design and the color Orbit Grey are available as an option.
Inside the sports seats are covered in black leather with blue contrasting seams. The interior trim also features Dark Aluminum Carbon with accent strips in Pearl Gloss Chrome. Additionally it’s equipped with an M sports suspension, M aerodynamics package, 18-inch M light alloy wheels, M leather-covered steering wheel, roof lining in Anthracite, M door sills and Driving Experience Control including Sport+ mode.
In addition to the new special versions, the 2018 BMW 3 Series gets standard LED headlights and LED fog lights. There’s also a new Sunset Orange color and new alloy wheels.
