Lexus’ vice-president in Europe, Alain Uyttenhoven has revealed that the production version of the LF-LC concept, likely dubbed the SC, will look very close to the concept.
Since the Lexus LF-LC Concept debuted in 2012 there have been countless rumors and reports about a production version. We’re now getting stronger reports that it will enter production as a 2017 model with the SC badge. Now Lexus’ vice-president in Europe, Alain Uyttenhoven has revealed that the production version will look very close to the concept.
According to Uyttenhoven, the LF-LC concept is between 90 and 100 percent representative of the production version. Toyota’s boss Akio Toyoda also “doesn’t want the production car to look any different from the concept.”

Autocar is reporting that the SC will use a shortened version of the LS’s platform.
