Mercedes-Benz has released a teaser of the new 2016 GLC compact crossover, which is the replacement for the current GLK. The new name ties the crossover to the C-Class, which it will be based on.
Mercedes-Benz has released a teaser of the new 2016 GLC compact crossover, which is the replacement for the current GLK. The new name ties the crossover to the C-Class, which it will be based on.
From this teaser you can see that the GLC will get a more curvaceous exterior, rather than the somewhat boxy GLK. The GLC will be available with the automaker’s multi-chamber Air Body Control air suspension and the latest safety systems. Mercedes-Benz also says that the GLC will be around 19% more fuel efficient than the outgoing GLK.

Like the larger GLE, the GLC will also spawn a “coupe” version.
The 2016 GLC will debut in a few days on June 17th before it arrives in showrooms in November.
