The all-new 2016 Honda Civic Sedan just went on sale a few days ago and now Honda has unveiled the all-new 10th-generation Civic Coupe at the LA Auto Show. The new Civic Coupe now sports a lower roofline, more compact exterior and the same 1.5L turbocharged engine as the sedan.

Compared to the outgoing Civic Coupe, the 2016 Civic Coupe has a 2.9-inch longer wheelbase and its body is 1.9-inches wider, but at the same time the front overhand has been shortened by 1.4-inches to give it sportier and wider stance. From the front the Civic Coupe is pretty much identical to the sedan, but from the A-pillars back everything is unique. It’s length has been shortened by 5.5-inches compared to the outgoing Civic Coupe.
Under the hood, the 2016 Civic Coupe will be powered by the same 2.0L and 1.5L engines as the sedan. That means that base models are powered by a 2.0L four-cylinder with 158 horsepower and 138 lb-ft. of torque. The turbocharged 1.5L generates 174 horsepower and 162 lb-ft. of torque. The 2.0L is rated at 31/41 mpg, while the 1.5L is rated at 31/42 mpg.
The 2016 Civic Coupe is going to arrive in March.
