2016 Audi TT starts at $42,900, TTS priced at $51,900

Audi has announced the pricing for the all-new 2016 TT. The third-generation TT is inspired by the first-generation TT, but has a modern take on the original with its with short overhangs, broad wheel arches and a lean a muscular stance.

Audi has announced the pricing for the all-new 2016 TT. The third-generation TT is inspired by the first-generation TT, but has a modern take on the original with its with short overhangs, broad wheel arches and a lean a muscular stance.
The third-generation TT originally debuted a year ago and is already on sale in Europe, but buyers in the U.S. unfortunately have had to wait more than a year to get the latest TT. The 2016 TT will again be offered in coupe and roadster versions. The TT is powered by a 220-hp turbocharged 2.0L engine with 258 lb-ft. of torque, while the TTS gets a more powerful 292-hp 2.0L with 280 lb-ft. of torque. The TT reaches 60 mph in 5.3 seconds, while the TTS reaches 0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds.

The TT will be available as coupe and roadster, and the TTS will be available as a coupe only. All TT models are standard with quattro all-wheel drive mated to a six-speed dual clutch S tronic transmission.

The TT comes standard with auto climate control, the MMI touch system, 18-inch alloy wheels (19-inch on TTS), LED interior lighting, LED headlights and taillights, and leather/ Alcantara seats.

The TT Coupe starts at $42,900, while the TT Roadster will start at $46,400. The TTS COupe starts at $51,900.
