The Macan S with its 340-hp V6 starts at $49,900, but if you want the Macan Turbo with its 400-hp engine, then you will see that starting price jump up to $72,300. Add options like a Burmester surround sound system, the Sport Chrono package, an air suspension, etc. and that price quickly jumps over $100k.
