Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the 2015 S65 AMG Coupe, which is powered by a 6.0L V12 engine with 621 horsepower and a massive 738 lb-ft. of torque.
Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the 2015 S65 AMG Coupe, which is powered by a 6.0L V12 engine with 621 horsepower and a massive 738 lb-ft. of torque.
The styling differences between the S65 AMG Coupe and S63 AMG Coupe are minimal, but thanks to the extra power, the S65 AMG Coupe will reach 0-60 mph in 4.0 seconds, .1 seconds faster than the S63 AMG Coupe. The V12 is mated to an AMG Speedshift Plus 7G-Tronic transmission and both coupes have an electronically-limited top speed of 186 mph.

Compared to the S63 AMG Coupe, the S65 AMG Coupe gets high-sheen chrome trim at the front, sides and rear. Elements like the grille, air intakes, and front splitter are chrome-trimmed. The S65 AMG Coupe also rides on unique 20-inch 16 spoke wheels.
Mercedes-Benz hasn’t announced the pricing, but the S65 AMG Coupe will arrive in the U.S. by the end of the year.
