Mercedes-Benz has released a few teaser photos of the updated 2015 CLS, with the biggest news being an updated front fascia with new Multibeam LED headlights.
Mercedes-Benz has released a few teaser photos of the updated 2015 CLS, with the biggest news being an updated front fascia with new Multibeam LED headlights.
The updated front fascia gets an updated grille that is similar to the CLA, a new bumper and new headlights. The new Multibeam headlights are similar to Audi’s Matrix Beam lights, which can automatically adjust the lighting pattern – allowing the high beams to stay on even if a car is coming towards it. The Multibeam headlights are composed of 24 individually controlled high-performance LEDs, but unfortunately the technology isn’t slated to be offered in the U.S. because of an existing regulation that dates back to 1968.

Mercedes-Benz hasn’t released any teaser photos of the 2015 CLS’s rear end, but it’s expected to only get an updated bumper and updated taillights. Inside the 2015 CLS is expected to get an updated infotainment system with a screen that pops up from the top of the dashboard. The engine lineup will carryover unchanged.
