Cadillac has unveiled the very limited, special edition Cadillac CTS-V Coupe, which marks the end of the current generation of the CTS-V Series. The next-generation 2016 CTS-V is set to debut sometime next year.
The special edition CTS-V Coupe is powered by the same 556-hp supercharged V8, but its exterior gets a dark-finish V grille, satin graphite wheels and red brake calipers. The interior gets an Ebony interior with red contrast stitching, Recaro seats, metal pedals, Midnight Sapele wood trim, and a microfiber suede-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob.
Cadillac is only going to produce 500 special-edition CTS-V Coupes.
Cadillac hasn’t revealed much about the next V-Series, but Uwe Ellinghaus, chief marketing officer, Global Cadillac did state, “The special edition is a stepping stone to the next-generation V-Series, which will move to the next level with more dynamic design and technical sophistication.”
