Although Infiniti didn’t officially announce any details about the 2011 G sedan in Detroit, the guys over at Inside Line have learned that Infiniti is going to release a G25 sedan for the 2011 model year.
The 2011 G25 sedan will get a turbocharged 2.5L V6, the same V6 that Nissan uses in the Japan-market Skyline 250GT. The new entry-level G25 will initially only be launched in the sedan body style and will be sold alongside the G37 sedan. in Japan the naturally-aspirated 2.5L V6 puts out 210 horsepower and 195 lb-ft. of torque and the turbocharged version puts out 280 hp and 300 lb-ft of torque.
