Lexus has just released the pricing for its newest hybrid, the 2008 Lexus LS 600h L Hybrid. The car is going to have a base price of $104,750, which is much higher than the $71,715 base price of the non-hybrid version.
According to the press release "The LS 600h L will be the ultimate Lexus statement, providing the highest level of luxury, technology, performance, safety and efficiency."
The all-wheel-drive V8 hybrid is the world’s first full hybrid V8 powertrain. Supposedly the power will be in par with modern 12-cylinder engines, which will produce more than 430 horsepower. The car will have gas mileage results that are similar to V6 all-wheel-drive luxury sedans.
The super-LS will be in showrooms by June.
