Dodge’s supercar is getting a bump in horsepower for the 2008 model year. The Dodge Viper SRT10 will have 90 more horsepower than the 07′ version thanks to a bigger displacement engine (8.4L V10), improved airflow and variable valve timing.

Surprisingly even though the revised Viper has more power, the 2008 model also gets better gas mileage.

The Viper SRT10 Roadster will start at $83,145 and $83,895 for the coupe version. Those prices don’t include the gas guzzler tax and destination fees.

600 horsepower for $83K would you buy it if you could?
