The Budd-e will be the first model to ride on VW’s new Modular Electric Platform (MEB). As its name suggests, the platform has been designed specifically for electric vehicles. With its large 101 kWh battery, the Budd-e concept can travel up 373 miles on a single charge. It’s likely that the production version may be able to travel even further as the battery technology continues to improve.
