Volvo’s new XC40 crossover is ready to take on the compact crossover segment. Not only can you subscribe to the XC40 for as little as $600 a month, but it will also keep you from having to stop at the annoying gas station. The EPA has announced that the 2019 XC40 is rated at 31 mpg on the highway and 23 mpg in the city.
