Pontiac’s new G8 sedan is just now hitting dealerships and many GM execs might like you to think of it as a much more affordable BMW 5-Series. This video actually tries to convince you that the $30K G8 is equal to and in many areas superior to the almost $60K BMW 550i.
The new Pontiac G8 is definitely one of the most exciting products to come from the brand in years, but is it comparable to a 5-Series? Is it safe to assume that most people that are shopping for a new 5-Series wouldn’t be caught dead in a Pontiac dealership?
