While BMW has already unveiled the 2019 BMW Z4, we’ve been waiting for Toyota to confirm when it will reveal the new Toyota Supra, but now we know when it will happen. Toyota has confirmed that the 2020 Toyota Supra will debut in January at the Detroit Auto Show.

Toyota Supra 5 Generations

We’ve seen several prototypes of the 2020 Toyota Supra, but Toyota’s German division has confirmed that we only have to wait a few more months for the camouflage to come off the new Supra. Even though we haven’t seen the new Supra, Toyota is reportedly already taking reservations in Europe for the first 900 units via the Supra 900 Club.

We’ll likely have to wait until January to get all the official specs, but the 2020 Supra will reportedly be powered by a turbocharged 3.0L inline six-cylinder engine with around 300 horsepower. That will give the Supra a 0-62 mph time under five seconds.
