Toyota has announced plans to unveil the redesigned 2014 4 Runner at this year’s Stagecoach Country Music Festival in Indio, Calif., near Palm Springs. The 4Runner continues to ride on a body-on-frame chassis, when most other SUVs are moving to car based platforms.
