Toyota has taken the wraps off its new fuel cell sedan today in Japan, which will go on sale next year.
Toyota has taken the wraps off its new fuel cell sedan today in Japan. Toyota has yet to announce what the fuel sedan will be called, but Toyota has revealed that it will go on sale in Japan in April 2015 before it arrives in the U.S. and Europe by next summer.
The Toyota fuel cell sedan looks very close to the concept version that debuted late last year, but Toyota has yet to release any photos of the interior or any official specs. It’s expected that when it does go on sale it will have a driving range of around 400 miles and will only take a few minutes to refuel.

Toyota has also announced that it will be priced at 7 million yen in Japan, which converts to around $70,000. Toyota has not released the U.S. or European pricing.
