If you’ve been wondering when the Tesla Model Y crossover is going to arrive, we have some good news for you. It’s being reported that the first deliveries of the Model Y could happen as soon as next month.
Teslarati is reporting that buyers in the US will start getting the Model Y electric crossover in February, which if that’s the case, the Model Y will be the first Tesla to arrive ahead of schedule. The Performance version will be the first version to arrive, which will then be followed by the Long Range All-Wheel Drive Model Y will start arriving in March or April. We’ll still have to wait until Q3 for deliveries of the full Model Y lineup to kick off.
Tesla will initially build the Model Y at its Fremont, California plant, but it will also eventually be built at its Gigafactory 3 in Shanghai and the Gigafactory 4 in Germany.
