California-based Rezvani is known for its many sports car designs, but now it’s ready to take on an SUV with the debut of the Rezvani Tank. The Jeep Wrangler-based SUV is an insanely aggressive SUV with rugged styling and 500 horsepower under the hood.
Rezvani describes the vehicle as “an extreme utility vehicle built for any off-road and on-road challenge.” The styling obviously draws inspiration from real tanks with its small military like windows and angular lines. Under the hood the Rezvani Tank ditches the Wrangler’s powertrain and instead is powered by Chrysler’s 6.4-liter V-8 with 500 horsepower and 430 lb-ft. of torque. Rezvani also has two other powertrains planned, with one generating less than 500 horsepower and the other generating more.
Inside there’s room for five, while the passengers enter the rear through its power operated suicide doors. Once inside you’ll find leather seats and an infotainment system.
Rezvani is currently taking $1,000 deposits, but that’s if you can afford the insane $178,000 asking price.
