Porsche is going to release its newest crossover the Macan in the fall of 2013. According to Autocar, Porsche’s smallest crossover is also set to get a twin-turbocharged V6 engine that will put out around 370 horsepower.

Autocar reports that the range topping 3.0L turbocharged engine will be a variant of the 3.6L V6 that powers the Porsche Cayenne and Panamera. The final torque output is also expected to be around 400 lb-ft. The 3.0L engine is also expected to be mated to either a standard seven-speed manual or seven-speed PDK transmission.
