Chrysler is going to debut the all-new 2015 Chrysler 200 next January at the Detroit Auto Show, but Chrysler dealers have already seen the sedan. Chrysler is betting big on the next 200 and even went back to the drawing board after the new Ford Fusion grabbed so much attention with its Aston Martin-like styling.
Chrysler has been hard at work on revamping its entire lineup with models like the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, Ram pickups and the Dodge Dart. The new 200 is one of Chrysler’s most expensive projects. Last October at a dealer meeting in Las Vegas, Chrysler showed its dealers the new 200 and it was reportedly the only introduction at the meeting that “brought them to their feet.”

“The new 200 is a complete home run,” stated one of the dealers. “It’s got that strength of a very, very expensive European sedan like a Mercedes, but it’s definitively American.”

The next 200 is also reportedly going to get a new nine-speed transmission and around 38 mpg.
