It’s already been reported that the 2015 Genesis Coupe is losing its four-cylinder engine as Hyundai seeks to move the coupe upmarket. According to sources, the next Genesis Coupe will take on models like the Mustang and Camaro with a version of the 420-hp 5.0L V8 that powers the all-new Genesis Sedan.

It is believed that the next Genesis Coupe was previewed last year with the HND-9 concept. The next Genesis Coupe could debut as early as next year.
