Mercedes-Benz has revealed the updates to the 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT and the good news is that it’s getting more horsepower, 54 hp more to be exact.

The 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT’s biturbo 4.0-liter V8 now generates 523 horsepower and 494 pound-feet of torque, which shortens the 0-60 mph time by 0.2 seconds at only 3.7 seconds.

There’s also more standard features now, like the AMG Ride Control suspension with adaptive damping adjustment, electronic limited-slip differential on the rear axle, AMG high-performance composite braking system and red painted brake calipers. A lithium-ion starter battery and the “RACE” drive program setting have also been added.

Lastly there’s a new Stealth Edition, which adds the AMG Exterior Night Package, black brake calipers, the AMG radiator grille in dark chrome, headlamps with black elements, and 19-inch matte black Y-spoke wheels on the front, and 20-inch wheels on the rear. Buyers can choose black, obsidian black metallic, selenite grey metallic or designo graphite grey magno exterior colors.

Inside the Stealth Edition gets the AMG Performance seats, AMG Interior Night Package, AMG steering wheel in Dinamica microfiber with black steering wheel spokes and shift paddles, black Nappa leather seats with diamond quilting, black topstitching and trim elements in black piano lacquer. It also gets a unique badge in the center console.

The 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe and Roadster will arrive in early 2021.
