To celebrate its 40th anniversary of producing cars at its production plant in Hethel, Lotus has released the Elise S 40th Anniversary Limited Edition just for the European market.
The special anniversary edition comes colored in burnt orange, features painted rear diffuser and wheels, leather seats with orange stitching, colored brake calipers and a 40th commemorative letter signed by the CEO of Lotus.
The car is going to be very limited with Germany only getting 15, Switzerland will get 10, Italy 6 and France and Belgium will each get 5 of the cars. An additional 9 cars will be allocated to rest of mainland Europe. Too bad we will not get the car in the US.
