We’ve been waiting for Lexus to introduce a production version of the UX crossover that debuted in 2016 and now it might finally be here. It’s being reported that Lexus will reveal the UX compact crossover at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show in March.
The UX crossover will be positioned below the NX and give Lexus a new model to appeal to a younger buyer. The UX could also be a replacement for the CT hatchback, which has already been pulled from the US market, but it’s still offered elsewhere.
Last year Lexus confirmed that the UX is a go and trademarks for the “UX 250” and “UX 250h” names were also discovered. The UX crossover is expected to share its DNA with the Toyota C-HR.
Stay tuned.
