It’s been almost a year since Land Rover unveiled the over the top Range Rover SV Coupe at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. When Land Rover unveiled the two-door SUV, it announced plans to produce only 999 units with a crazy $295,000 price tag, but now it looks like those plans are off.

2019 Range Rover SV Coupe

Jaguar Land Rover has now confirmed that it will not build the Range Rover SV Coupe, although a representative that spoke to Top Gear, stated that demand wasn’t an issue. Instead of building the Range Rover SV Coupe, JLR has decided to spend the money on “resources and investment on the next generation of world-class products.”

2019 Range Rover SV Coupe

The Range Rover SV Coupe was based on the full size Range Rover, but with its two rear doors removed. In addition to deleting the two doors, the Range Rover SV Coupe also featured unique color options and fancier seats.
