Land Rover has announced the updates to the 2021 Land Rover Discovery Sport, which is getting a bunch of tech upgrades for the new model year.
The Discovery Sport now has 85 onboard computers and the latest version of Land Rover’s Pivi Pro infotainment system, which comes standard with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also has a modem to allow for over-the-air updates.
A new cabin air-filtration system is also available. On the safety front the Discovery Sport now comes standard with lane-keeping assist, traffic-sign recognition and a driver condition monitor to make sure the driver is not falling asleep. A surround view camera has also been added.
The 2021 Land Rover Discovery Sport starts at $42,950. Land Rover has dropped the previous base Standard 4WD model, which means that the entry price for the Discovery Sport has increased by $4,100.
